Jiro Tanaka is the most talented and desired pastry shef / chocolatier in Japan and the Japanese representative for the WORLD CHOCOLATE MASTERS 2021/2022 in France, runs a wonderful store called Calva in Ofuna, Kamakura of Japan.

I love love love his creation!!!
