Staying healthy while cruising

Getting a good walk in everyday helps keep me fit, and when I’m fit I feel great when I’m performing.

Here on the ship we have a wonderful walking path where you can enjoy the sea breeze, seagulls, flying fish and all of the beauty that the oceans offer. It’s about a mile every 3 laps …. Today I’m up for 6 laps.  🙂
