Opening Pianist – Grand XIV Hamanako Hotel

When the Grand XIV Hamanako Hotel opened in 2004, I received an offer to perform ad their pianist.

At this time I was living in Australia. Sometimes I became homesick, so on this occasion I would return to Japan for a very pleasant reason. My performance agreement was to be for  4 months but it soon became 6 months then 1 year, and finally I got a performance contract for one and a half years!

The fantastic experience meeting such wonderful people full of energy and passion. A deeply etched memory that continues to this day. 🙂
