As a musician I spend most of my life  crouched over or sitting with a straight rigid back. Sometimes I feel as if I’m borderline paralyzed with back pain and stiff shoulders. This is the dark side of my business but, it’s not all bad.

Recently I learned of a new method for self treatment of my back and shoulders issues.

It’s my treasure.

In the past whenever I arrived in port I would go into town for a massage in the hope it would ease the pains but no longer! I’ve learned this simple exercises that stretch my back and shoulder muscles effectively, keeping me healthy for another 25 years of performing.
